WebView2 Outlook Plug-In hanging

After updating the Hubspot plug-in to use WebView2 Outlook, it keeps hanging. Any ideas?

Can you confirm if you're using the Outlook desktop add-in or the Office365 add-in

Could you also explain the behaviour in more detail? Is it the add-in that crashes or is it Outlook that becomes unresponsive? 

 

There are a couple of troubleshooting steps that you could try: 

- Outlook desktop add-in

- Office365 add-in
