Value does not fall within the expected range (Not with Install but with Run).

Hi, 

 

I have succesfully installed the Hubspot Outlook add-in.

When I Create new mail, enter receipient name:

On the right side the Hubspot Sales block appears - only the title. 

Then an error message popup appears, with the following details:

 

Value does not fall within the expected range.

When I press OK, the details appear in the right side Hubspot block. 

 

I have tried all knowledge base suggestions for "Value does not fall within the expected range" in the installation process, but this obviously is another issue. 

 

Please advice.

I have seen that article before. 
My situation is quite different - it's not at installation but at using the Outlook client. 

And I have done all the steps in the article, just to be sure. Without any luck.

As a first troubleshooting step, can I have you uninstall and reinstall the extension, please?

 

If the issue persists, I would recommend going through these steps in this article. You'll need to access your start menu in Windows and make some modifications to the extension app:  https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/sales-outlook-desktop-install-error-value-does-not-fall-withi...
