Uninstall HubSpot Sales Extension / Reinstall HubSpot Sales Extension

Hi Team,

I have been adviced by your team to uninstall hubspot sales extension and thereafter reinstall as my account is previously setup by mistake with the wrong email address.

However, it won't allow me to remove Hubspot?

Can you kindly help?

Hi @Juliiiii,

Thank you for sending the screenshot along. Can you please confirm you are able to remove other extensions within your inbox? I would recommend connecting with the admin for your inbox to ensure you have proper permissions to delete the extension.
