Unable to log into Sales Add In on Firefox

Can't seem to log into the Sales Add In on Firefox using Office 365 Mail browser. Works in Chrome. Clicked Login, entered my credentials in pop up window, but nothing happens.

Would you mind trying to clear your cache following those steps, as well as trying with another browser and with an incognito window? 

 

If this is still happening, I'd advise looking at this knowledge base article.

 

If you're still having issues after that, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and specific examples regarding this.
