Tracking past emails before hubspot was purchased

Hello,

I have figured out how to log past emails sent before we were using Hubspot, associated with contacts that have been added now. What I'm trying to do is find out if I can still track those emails as to whether they have been opened.

Hi @BPundt,

Unfortunately not, no, because HubSpot was never able to add the tracking pixel if these emails weren't sent as tracked. This page explains how tracking works: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/connected-email/understand-hubspot-sales-email-open-and-click-tracking
