Tracking not working properly

I have a salesperson that is logged in but still gets the following notification. Please help me resolve it. He has logged out and back in and that did not work.

Thanks for reaching out. 

Is your salesperson using the Office 365 add in or the Outlook desktop add in

 

If they're using the desktop add in, could you ask them to update their add-in and then update Outlook. Then, if it's still not working, to follow those steps

 

If they're using the office 365 add in, could you ask them to follow those steps.

 

If this is still not working, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about the matter mentioned here.
