Tracking issues. Mails "open" by other than recepients....

Hello,

I am tracking my emails sent via outlook. The activity feed seems to work but I see some of my emails "open" by someone from various locations in the world. I know the recepients and I know it was not forwarded to anyone present in these locations.

How is this possible? Is there a potential security issue here?
