Tracking issue

Hi, for the past three weeks we have not been receiving notifications of open emails. We know that these emails have been opened because we have checked it by talking to our customers. We've also run tests by sending us e-mails to our own addresses. The email notification only working with the trial email sent by the plugin to bh@hubspot.com

 

We have tried to solve the problem by uninstalling the plugin and reinstalling it. We also closed the session and reopened, but nothing happens.

 

We welcome any comments or help.

I am having exactly the same issue...everything looks installed properly, emails are being logged but no open notifications...only notifications that seem to work properly are the  HubSpot staff ones...and Ive had no responses from them...please can someone reach out to with a solution for this...really wanting this up and running.  Thanks all.
