Tracking is turned off and signature/email formatting gets messed up

I am using the HS add-in on outlook for Mac (version 16.81). It was working fine earlier today, but suddenly get the notification: 

Tracking turned off. Unable to add tracking to your email. This is most likely due to a conflict with another add-in or security software.

While I am able to log the emails, tracking is disabled and my email's text keeps getting messed up.

I have removed all add-ins, tried installing and reinstalling the add-in and outlook itself, but it's not getting fixed.

I'm running into the same problem on my Macbook. The answer I got from support it quoted below. I will tell you my quick fix has been to use outlook web version until they get the glitch figured out or send some sort of mass update for MacBook users.

Similar to @BérangèreL's comment, I would recommend reaching out to your administrator to check for any conflicting extensions or add-ins, or contacting Microsoft Support for further assistance. I believe it may not have been clear, but my post is related to this. The cursor issue would occur as well as my email signature images disappearing when I would click on the HubSpot Add-in to ensure my message was properly associated with Deals before sending. The images continue to disappear in Outlook for Mac.

I'm having this exact problem on Outlook for Mac too. It's been happening for a while (several months) and wanted to see if there was a fix yet?

It doesn't really make us want to pay for HubSpot if one of the main reasons for us using it, is the tracking feature.

I started getting this error message as well a few weeks ago with the new Outlook for Mac. I also noticed that the cursor for typing in the body of a forward or reply message reverts within the original message (not at the top of the body message). This is when using the 'New Editor (preview)' at the bottom of the message -- this was working previously. When the New Editor was not engaged previously, I was having similar cursor issues. Thus, I believe this is due to a recent MS Outlook update.

I have the exact same problem. Mac user. problems started today.

Alot of anoying things going on with Hubspot on Outlook for mac. It seems nothing gets fixed, and Hubpot and Microsoft (Outlook) just blame eachother for years with no results for the users having the problems. I'm soooo tired.

For now the only fix I've come up with is using Outlook (PWA). I just REALLY hate the design and UX on it.
