Tracking email

I have been using HubSpot email tracking and logging for some time with great success.  Suddenly last week the HubSpot email for tracking my emails started to appear in the 'To box' as opposed to the BCC box (as above) and in the pic below.  It is only doing this on my ‘reply’ emails and it didn’t do it before today; would you have any guidance on this?

Which mail client and version are you using? It looks like Outlook? Also, which version of the HubSpot extension are you using?

First steps should always be to make sure everything is updated, OS, mail, and the extension. Then try uninstalling and reinstalling the extension. 

Another really quick tip is to save your HubSpot bcc email address as something like 'Log In HubSpot CRM' and add manually while you're troubleshooting the extension. It's worth doing this so you can easily track emails when communicating via other mail clients/devices.
