There was an issue syncing with Outlook. Please try to reload the add-in.

Hi,

I keep getting the error - "There was an issue syncing with Outlook. Please try to reload the add-in."

I've reinstalled the add-in and restarted my mac, but doesn't seem to have had any effect?

Thanks!

SOLVE

This error often happens due to Outlook cache issues or connection problems.

First, try clearing your browser cache and reloading Outlook. If that doesn't work, check if your Outlook version is up to date and make sure you're logged into the correct HubSpot account. Also, verify that your Outlook add-ins are enabled by going to File -> Options -> Add-ins and ensuring HubSpot is active.

If the issue persists, try uninstalling the add-in completely, restarting your Mac, and reinstalling it from the Microsoft AppSource. If none of these work, test it on another device or browser to see if the issue is system-specific.
