The add-in does not show in Outlook, login prompt disappears

I installed the HubSpot Sales add-in and restarted the PC, but nowhere in Outlook it shows the icon of the add-in, so I can't click on the icon to log in. Not sure what's wrong. The Outlook version is 1.2024.725.400(Production).

If anyone can help me out on this, that would be much appreciated!

Microsoft has ended the support of VSTP add-ins (which includes HubSpot's) in the new Outlook, see here: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Outlook-Sales-Extension/Ending-Development-for-HubSpot-s-VSTO-Sales...

Could you review this article and check whether you're on the new Outlook?
