If an existing Contact sends a new mail to you is the only way of having the email logged in Hubspot to manually forward it using the xxx@forward.hubspot.com? There is no button to request to tag it? Feels a little clumsy. Using outlook on the web on office365. Thanks
Are you currently using the HubSpot extension on your office365? If not my recommendation would be to please install the extension ( step by step here) and make sure to track and log your emails with this extension.
When you refer to tag, could you please provide us more details about your goal?
I am using the hubspot extension. One can "tag" (ie press a button on the side bar) for emails that one sends to associate it with Hubspot. That is fine.
However, as stated, if an existing hubspot contact sends a fresh email to you the only way to associate it to Hubspot appears to be manually forwarding that email to xxx@forward.hubspot.com. Is this correct?
Thank you for the extra information, you are correct, at the moment only emails that you have sent to your contacts that are Logged, and then if your contacts reply to them they will then be logged in HubSpot. The add-on does not sync all emails to HubSpot.
At the moment if you want to log emails received from your contacts even if you haven't logged the email to them prior to that, you can do so by using the forwarding address as described here:
