Syncing emails retrospectively into Hubspot

I was wodn ering whether there is a quick way to sync a bulk of emails retrospectively into Hubspot?

Threads can automatically import all your historic email into Hubspot without the need to manually forward all your emails. You can find us on the Hubspot App Marketplace.

So at present, the only way to log past emails is to forward them manually to the Hubspot email address?

It cannot be done on mass?

As far as I know, it's not possible out of the box. You would have to work with a developer and the HubSpot API to explore this.

Thanks Karsten. Are Hubspot looking at the possibly to bulk sync past emails at all, as this would be a very useful feature.

I'm not aware of any out-of-the-box solution here, unfortunately. The usual way would be logging emails one by one with the forwarding email address: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/log-email-in-your-crm-with-the-bcc-or-forwarding-address

Is there a way to select multiple email chains at the same time and use this feature to upload them into Hubspot?

Hi @HannahSarsfield,

That would depend on your email client, but in most email clients you have to forward an email one by one, unfortunately.

I'm not sure if HubSpot has any plans to change this, it might be possible via the API with the help of developer.
