Syncing Meetings with Outlook Calendar

I am new to Hubspot and while trying to sync Meetings to my Outlook 365 account I received the following error message.

 

"This account (RBruce@completepackaging.com) is already connected to HubSpot as a team inbox and can't be used for the meetings tool."

 

Did I sync my 365 outlook incorrectly?  Is there an easy fix or workaround for this problem?

Hi @RyanBruce82,

 

You cannot have an inbox that is associated with a shared inbox (for conversations) also connected for meetings. 

 

I would recommend either connecting a different email to conversations, thus freeing up this email address to be used for meetings, or connecting a different email address for meetings.
