Synchronizing HubSpot and Microsoft Exchange issues
Hi, we've connected our Exchange mailbox to HubSpot. First, via HubSpot's settings. Then, via the Microsoft Exchange desktop app by installing the HubSpot Sales extension. We thought we'd be able to see the history of e-mail exchanges in our contact and company files.
Unfortunately, this is not the case. How can we be sure?
Do we need to redo the operation by disconnecting/reconnecting the messaging system in HubSpot's settings? Is it possible that once synchronization is complete, all e-mail exchanges will finally appear in HubSpot, or will they have to be done manually?
