Simplified view of Outlook add-in

Dear all, after searching several similar topic I couldn't find the appropriate one, therefore I decided to do this very first post, let's hope I get it right!

When I first installed the hubspot add-in in my outlook desktop, it looked as follow:

After a while it disappeared and I could only see the "sales tools" button. To see the templates, meetings, track emails, log to CRM, etc. menu, I need to open a full window on the right side, which simply takes a big space on my 13 inches screen laptop.

Therefore I tried to re-install the add-in, and rather than doing it from the add-in store in outlook desktop, I tried to download it from Hubspot website, but when installing I get the following error:

Does someon ehave the instruction, how to install the previous sales tools with the menu directly in the top ribbon?

Thank you for the information provided. 

I'd suggest reviewing this article on how to troubleshoot this install error: 'Customized functionality in this application will not work...'
