I've set up a colleague as a second user & want to integrate her outlook account. Whenever I try to connect the two it connects with Microsoft 365 but then just sees my email address?
I am assuming this is for personal email integrations: If you are trying to set up your colleague's personal email, that is something your colleague will need to do this for themselves. HubSpot allows teams to work together, however, each team member's HubSpot portal is unique to the user.
If your colleague is a little "tech-nervous" I recommend jumping on a video chat of some kind, have them share their screen with you, and walk them through the process.

we both have email addresses & use outlook 365. My colleague is logged into hubspot in her own right, but whenever we try to integrate the email with outlook it contacts 365 (where I am the main account holder) and comes back with my email address?
I can't get it to integrate with her email account?

To be able to connect more than one email account, the email account owner will need to follow the steps, here, to integrate their email account to their user within HubSpot.
The reason why you are having issues is because it sounds like you are signed in to your user on HubSpot which is why it keeps wanting to connect your email.
