Its not just one user, its everybody

Sales Tools - Circle of Death

Hi @FatFriday,

HubSpot is ending support for that add-in due to changes by Microsoft. That's probably the reason: https://community.hubspot.com/t5/Outlook-Sales-Extension/Everything-You-Need-to-Know-About-HubSpot-E...

As stated above in this conversation the Outlook desktop is being discontinued, or has been already.  You need to move to the web/cloud version for your email.
The web based version was well hidden too.  Have a look at the accepted solution here...

But  this page  clearly states
"The VSTO add-in is only compatible with Outlook for Desktop on a Windows machine.

The web add-in is compatible with Outlook for Desktop on PC and Mac, as well as web-based Outlook applications. " Is the Hubspot page wrong?

We are experiencing this as well - with the Outlook 365 add-in but within the desktop version of Outlook. The Outlook 365 add-in should work (and always has worked) with both the web version and desktop version of Outlook, but since updating to Outlook verison 2403, it no longer works in the desktop version. However, if we switch on the "New" version of Outlook, the add-in does work. We are not ready to roll out the New version of Outlook to our organization and our users don't ever use the web version so we are essentially not able to use the add-in to log emails right now. This appears to be a Microsoft issue but I wanted to reply here in case others are experiencing this.

To provide an update - this was an issue somewhere between Outlook and HubSpot and it was resolved last week.

Thanks Karston

Is there a way to remove the 'Sales Tools' plugin from Outlook Desktop but leave it on 365Web?  Or did I get it wrong when I pushed it via Azure Apps?

Thanks again

Sales Tools - Circle of Death

SOLVE

I did have the VSTO Hubspot addin for Outlook Desktop
Following advice here , I am trying to set up Hubspot Sales web add in for Outlook 365 Desktop. Every time I click on this link which it directs me to, it tries to install the imminently obsolete VSTO plugin instead. It is sending me round in circles and I have a vast number of orange tabs open, but getting nowhere.

I have connected my personal email to Hubspot

I should be able to do this using Outlook 365 in browser, but I would prefer to use Outlook Desktop. And Having clicked on the link to install the Hubspot Sales Office 365 addin then Clicking here to Open in Outlook Web, I can't see Hubspot tools there either.

What am I missing please?
