Sales Extension not carrying over contact details into Hubspot (only email adress)

Dear community,

 

when trying to create a new contact in Hubspot by using the Outlook Sales Hub Extension (desktop version) and filling in all contact information, the information is not carried over into the CRM contact entry. Only the email address is used to create a new contact, however, all provided information is missing. Although others mentioned a similar problem, I could not find any solution. 

Can you help me please? Thanks for any advice!

thank you for the quick reply. I tried these, however, it does not seem to work. 

I do not know where i can modify these settings:
1. Ensure all contact details are set to sync in the extension.

 

If it is any help, I am using Outlook new. However, I have colleagues where the Sync works including all details. Can you help me find the above mentioned settings? I checked all the Add-in Settings, however, maybe there are also settings in Hubspot? Yet, when checking the hubspot settings, i have all contect settings enabled.

Hi @Dramons,

If the Outlook Sales Hub Extension only transfers the email address to HubSpot,

1. Ensure all contact details are set to sync in the extension.

2. Make sure the extension is up to date.

3. Try clearing your cache and reinstalling the extension.

4. After adding a contact, manually sync to pull in all details.

If it still doesn’t work, reach out to HubSpot Support for further help.
