SERIOUS issue; emails showing as 'Sent' in Outlook, but not actually sending

Hi. I've a significant issue: I'm sending emails via Outlook with the Hubspot Sales add-in enabled.  A significant minority of my emails are then showing as sent in my Outlook inbox, but they aren't actually being sent,  as the receipient doesn't receive them and when I investigated, they don't show up in my Gmail online browser as being sent, or in Hubspot.

Help please!

Can you please share some additional information regarding this matter? 

 

1. How is your inbox connected (gmail, outlook, imap)?

2. Where are you scheduling the emails from? 

3. If you schedule the emails from within the CRM (or from your inbox--the opposite of wherever the issue was occuring), does the issue occur? 

4. What is the email address of the user this is happening for? 

 

The more information, screenshots and details you can provide, the better I can assist.
