Restrict OUtlook Sales Extension to HubSpot linked email account only

I, like many people I am sure, have a number of different email accounts in Outlook (I have 4). Only one of them relates to my HubSpot account.

The default setting appears to be that the Outlook Sales Extension operates on all accounts, including placing the BCC address in the email.

Is there any way I can set the extension to only operate in the mailbox that is associated with HubSpot?

Hi Sharon, thanks for replying but I think your suggestion relates to having more than one HubSpot account. I only have one HubSpot account, my problem is that I have a number of email accounts in Outlook and only one of them relates to my HubSpot account. How do I stop the Outlook Sales Extension (desktop version) logging emails from all my email accounts to the HubSpot account?

Welcome to the Community!

You should have set up one account as default and then you can choose if you want to log emails to a different account. You can find more information about this here.
