Required to log in everytime using Outlook 365 Extension

Hey,

 

I am currently facing an issue with the constant need to log in to the Outlook 365 Extension. Our company is currently testing Sales Hub, and while we are generally very satisfied with the CRM, this issue could potentially be a dealbreaker for us.

 

Despite having set the login timeout to the highest level, the problem persists.

Every time my employees work with Outlook and then close it, they have to log in again. For some employees, the issue is even worse—they have to log in again just by closing the add-in while Outlook remains open. The login sessions constantly expire, which is causing a lot of frustration among my employees.

 

They are becoming increasingly annoyed and may be unwilling to use HubSpot if a solution cannot be found.
