Required to Login Every time using HubSpot Sales add-in for Office 365
SOLVE
@Antonimo I've seen this pop-up a few times here in the community and can only imagine how frustrating it is to have to login over and again. Based on chatting with @trevordjones and answers he's provided in other threads:
The New Outlook is not supported, and will not be at this time. For integration with HubSpot, you should use the Office 365 Add-in.
Can you please review this post about ending VSTO add-in support and confirm you're using the recommended add-in? This post is pinned in the channel and should answer your questions about the functionality of the plug-in and why it's not working as expected.

Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for researching that link. The articles refers to the Get Add-Ins toolbar button which is greyed out on my instance.
I appreciate your efforts to help me, but nothing seems to work.
I have removed everything I can find that felates to HubSpot, including from the Azure portal but the issue remains.
Unfortunately, the HubSpot support wont help because we are currently on a free plan, but it means that almost certainly we will not be rolling it out across the organisation into a paid plan.
When Outlook does not remember the login from one day to the next, the product is simply not fit for purpose.

Hi Jennifer,
Thank you for taking the time to reply to my query.
Following the link to the Office 365 Add-in I see that I have the Sales Tool button on the Ribbon albeit with a different icon, as seen in this screenshot:

@Antonimo thank you for confirming, I've verified that the extension you've installed is the correct version, but the icon not displaying is an indication that something isn't working as expected.
Can you remove the extension and reinstall please?

When I click on the All Apps icon in the main Outlook ribbon and then on All Apps, the following window opens up showing HubSpot Sales is still installed:
I cannot find any way to remove it from here.
When I am using Outlook in the web I still see this when I click on the Apps icon on an e-mail:
