Recent problem with emails failing

Everything has been fine in the >6 months I've been using Hubspot and the Outlook plugin, but since Friday I am starting to get several email bounces from "Microsoft Outlook" saying  "  gavin.farmer is not authorized to relay messages through the server that reported this error. "

How to Fix It

When Office 365 tried to send your message to the next server outside Office 365, that server reported an error that it couldn't relay your message. It's likely that the email server isn't correctly set up to receive and relay messages from your organization.

To fix this issue, forward this non-delivery report (NDR) to your email admin."

 

 

Unfortunately admin in our company is non existent.  It seems that this only happens to emails that have my hubspot tracking in the bcc line and since it mentions "relay" I guess it might be something to do with this?  Maybe some security protocols have been changed or something?

Thanks for asking.  It turned out to be some issue with the email system itself and not to do with hubspot.  So it's solved.

Hey @fightingtorque is this occorruing for every contact you are attempting to email?

I am having this issue. It happens with all my emails sent from Hubspot. The chat person was unable to assist me. I love HubSpot so this is very disappointing to have to use Outlook.

Thanks for asking.  It turned out to be some issue with the email system itself and not to do with hubspot.  So it's solved.
