when i click on CRM configuration I get an error 

 

says there was an issue fetching some of your settings. please try again in few minutes.

 

And this has been happening for months never been able to access the configuration 

 

 

When I click on the CRM configuration the error in the box appears and then disappears

 

After that it goes to a screen shown in the attachment and stays like that forever

I have a few troubleshooting steps for you to try to rule out the browser/your computer causing the problems:

  1. Clear your cache (How to clear your browser cache) and then restart your browser
  2. Restart your computer
  3. Try setting this up in a different browser (ideally Firefox, Safari, Chrome, or Edge)
