Hi

 

I am a new user and I am not able to connect my outlook email, I have the outlook add in and can see that in an email but there is no connection and I have tried to connect in Hubspot and in Outlook. Below is the latest error message:

 

sorry. HubSpot couldn't connect to your inbox.
Please reconnect your email account.
com.hubspot.office.exceptions.OfficeApiRateLimitedException: Rate limited : Rate limited

Can you please send along screenshots of where you are getting stuck? Additionally, can you please confirm that the issue occurs across multiple browsers and through an incognito window?
