Problems with email tracking though Outlook 365

Hubspot was successfully tracking when emails were opened when I sent them through Outlook until yesterday.  Now the Hubspot ribbon is no longer available in Outlook.  I have installed it repeatedly, shut down computer, etc.  Does not work.  It works fine on emails sent through gmail.

@AnnetteSzobar What browser are you using? Do you experience this incognito? Is anyone else experiencing the same thing? What happens if you send the email form HubSpot< doe sit log in Outlook?  Does the Outlook app experience the same thing? Have you cleaned cookies and cache? Are there new extensions? Sometimes extensions conflict. Try turning off all other extensions and see what happens.
