Private outlook emails being published to hubspot

Hi, 

Me and my team have been having an issue recently that every private email we send in outlook is published to hubspot as an unassigned email.

For example I just sent an email to an external email account, I got a notification on hubspot with my entire email from my name. The recipient is not a customer so should not be in the system. 

I also don't have any hubspot extension in outlook, nor do I CC in the hubspot email address.

 

Any ideas why this might be?

Hi @samsteer 

 

Can you check the connected email inbox. Please type "unassigned" into the search field and unselect the two checkboxes:

Account admins can also make this change for all users. Navigate to Settings > Account Defaults > User Defaults > Notifications > Manage account defaults

Do you have any screenshots to show more about this issue? 


You said you are not using the extension - do you have a screenshot of the settings for your Outlook integration?

Is this what you mean? This is all of the outlook add-ins I have. I did at one point have the hubspot add-in but got rid of it weeks ago, this problem has only started in the last few days.

Also added hubspot settings:
