Currently, the HubSpot web add-in for Outlook is designed to work with the primary account set in Outlook. Unfortunately, it doesn't support connecting with secondary or non-primary accounts directly.
As a workaround, you can temporarily set the account you want to use with the HubSpot add-in as your primary account in Outlook. Once you're done using the add-in, you can switch back to your original primary account.
If you're using the Outlook web version, you might want to try the Outlook desktop app. The desktop version sometimes offers more flexibility and might support additional configurations.

Hi @PamCotton, thanks for your advice! We are working with the destop version of the new Outlook. So we cannot use the Outlook desktop app with the Outlook web version.
@TomM2 and @DanielSanchez, is there any other solution but switching the primary account in Outlook?
