Outlook sales plugin desktop (Mac) cannot login

I'm looking for advice for logging into the Sales Plugin on Outlook for Mac, i'm able to open the relevant window for the Sales Plugin and select "Log in" but nothing happens.
I'm aware that a new window is supposed to open for me to enter my login credentials but after several restarts, no dice. Any troubleshooting steps I should be trying for this?
Note: I am able to login on the HubSpot website fine. My email is an Office 365 connection.
