Outlook and GMail

Hello,

I have my professional email with gmail, which is also my email account in Hubspot. But I use Outlook for Mac as email client and wuld like to use Hubspot Sales extension to register all outbound email in Hubspot. But when I try to configure this extension it doesn't work telling me

Connected inbox doesn’t match Outlook account

Your Outlook account is xxxxx@gmail.com, but you connected these inboxes to HubSpot:

zzzzz@hotmail.com (that is my account to manage microsoft tools)

If xxxxx@gmail.com is an email alias, change your account in Outlook to use your primary email address and try again.

(But it isn't)

Anyone could tell me how to manage it?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community!

We've seen other users with a similar configuration reporting this error - this might be related to a known Microsoft issue with email aliases that is outlined in this article.

Can you try the workaround that @jjburnett  shared in this Community article?
