Outlook Version Incompatible

I'm tryign to integrate HubSpot with Outlook desktop version.  I'm using Microsoft Office Professional Version Plus 2019, which I thought would be compatible since it's 2019. However, when trying to install the desktop add-in, I get a message that says "Microsoft store version of Outlook is incompatible.. It give me the options to "install anyways," so I gave it a shot hoping it would work, but no luck.  Is there any way to make this work?

I resolved the issue by downloading and reinstalling Office. Evidently, I had the Microsoft Store version of the software.  Thank you.
