Outlook Help

SOLVE

Hi,  this problem has already been resolved please point me to the right topic to look into.

We have some users when using the sales extension they are not seeing all of the texts. From the picture you can see that the last three panes the Deal, Task and Timeline panels are cut off and you can only see the drop down arrow.

  1. I tried to resize the entire panel but, it would not let me.
  2. I change the screen resolution and scale of the monitor for the affected users and that didn't work us well.

Not sure if this is an outlook issue? Or something else. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Hi @KLee7,

Thanks for reaching out to the Community, I hope you are having a great day!

From my understanding, this seems to be happening only to some people on your team, right? Based on what you've mentioned, it doesn't appear to be an issue with the extension itself, but rather with the Outlook display settings. I may not be an expert in Outlook, but perhaps you could check everything related to layout, display, and customization there? Additionally, I think it could be a compatibility issue, so it would be important to update Outlook and the extension to ensure that they are using the latest available versions of both. Let me know if this resolves the issue after reviewing these suggestions.

Thanks!

Diana
