Outlook Error Sending Emails with HubSpot Add-On

Hi, I'm sorry if this isn't the right location for this post (please direct me to the right place if it is wrong!) but I'm having difficulty with the HubSpot AddOn.

When I try to send an email and hubspot is in BCC for tracking, the email doesn't send and doesn't save in outlook drafts. If I remove the bcc email address for hubspot, outlook does work as usual. Outlook doesn't give a specific error code and instead just reports, 'Sorry, something went wrong. You may want to try again.'

This is happening across 2 different computers both running the most current version of Outlook and Hubspot and the problem has existed since installation of the add-on about 3 weeks ago.

I've cleared files from \sidekick but that didn't help either.

Any idea what could be causing the issue?

As a quick update - reisntalling didn't work. I'm trying to find a way to talk to HubSpot Support now!

Hi @ABond1,

I would uninstall the add-on and reinstall it. Maybe, an error happened in the initial connection of your Outlook and HubSpot Add-on tool. 

If after that happens, I would suggest reaching out to HubSpot Support as they are great for technical issues around the add on.
