Outlook Desktop Sales Add In Issue

Hello I'm just wondering if anyone could please help me? No matter what avenue I seem to be going down, I cannot seem to get the Outlook Sales Tools add ins to show on my Outlook toolbar. I have been in touch with the Hubspot sales team who have talked me through every step of the installation so we could start from scratch, I have read the articles about making changes to my Trust Centre Settings, my Add In settings and Troubleshooting. I have restarted, I have cleared caches and more. I was asked to wait 12 hours for the tools to show and nothing has shown. I'm a bit lost now for where to go next! Could somone please help?
