Outlook 365 successfully integrated, but doesn't send emailsSOLVE

I recently setup the free version of HS and integrated a shared Office 365 mail account. It registered as successful, however, when trying to send an email from the CRM, it bounces immediately regardless of the email address I'm sending to. I'm also able to send successfully from Outlook via that same account. I've tested Gmail integration and that works without an issue..
I figured I must be doing something wrong with the Outlook integration, or have missed a step.. Any assistance will be appreciated
I just now seen this in my Deleted box in Outlook.. Does anyone know what this means?
