I have Outlook 365 for Business subscription with the HubSpot Sales add-in. After switching on "log e-mails" and "track e-mails" as indicated in the screen shot below, when I send an email to someone who is a contact in my Hubspot database, I am not seeing that outgoing e-mail listed as activity on that contact. What am I doing wrong?
Does anyone have a solution to this yet? @DMilikien put a screenshot showing he selected the TRACK EMAIL option so unfortunatley the solution above did not help with this issue.
