Outlook 365 Disconnected and won't reconnect?

I’m still using the free version of the Sales Portal until I can get the company I work for off of Outlook for Mac and over to Gmail at which point, I’ll upgrade again. I’ve been sending outgoing tracked emails through the portal for months on the free version, all the way up until a few days ago (can't receive in the portal though because not compatible with Outlook for Mac).
Now I’m getting the message that I need to connect my email account? I never disconnected it and it’s still showing that it’s connected, but it’s still not working. I completely disconnected the Outlook account (didn't just turn it off), and then added it back again, but I’m still having the same problem. I need this to work ASAP. I've missed two days of work without this. Someone help please!
