We are having issues where a user pasting content into a new message has issues with it immedietley disappearing. Disabling the add-in fixes the issue. We are on the latest version, and have uninstalled and reinstalled. Any ideas?
Can you also please share whether you are using Outlook 365 on a browser, or Outlook for desktop?
What email client are you using? (Outlook for Mac, Outlook for PC, Outlook on Web)
What email client version is it?
Send over debug logs by composing a new email > open HubSpot Sales > Settings (at bottom of panel) > Help & troubleshooting > need more help? > send debug logs
If you are using Outlook for Mac/PC, please try to reproduce the issue in Outlook on Web and let me know if it works there. If you do see the issue in Outlook on Web, please send a Console log of this by >Right clicking in Chrome to Inspect >Open the console >Right-click inside the console >Select "save as.."
