Open email notifications ERROR

Hello:

 

Since July I don't receive any open email notification.

I only receive email notifications sent before July.

I use Outlook. Whta can be the problem?

Could you please advise if you which subscription level do you have? This functionality is associated with Sales starter and higher.

 

In case you have any of these level subscriptions and you are not seeing the expected results, please let us know.

I have the free level.

But it works in emails before June.

Could you please make sure you have selected the Log email and Track email checkboxes in your Sales Extension settings?
