Hi @LukasB I am seeing from our records that while your email inbox may be Outlook, your email provider is not. Can you please try connecting via imap as well?

Can you please specify where in the process you are getting stuck? Is there an error message you are seeing or is the page stuck loading? Any additional information you can provide (including screenshots, whether this issue occurs across browsers, as well as the email address you are trying to connect) would be great.
Apparently, we are the only ones with this issue? I would really like to start working with hubspot but office365 integration as one of the key USPs is not working..
@mneumann based on the information I have gathered from HubSpot's backend, it doesn't appear that your email is hosted by Outlook 365. I would recommend trying connecting over IMAP.

I use my email inbox at outlook.office.de and pay for office365. So I am really certain that it actually is. I (suppose?) that I cannot (and should not have to) use imap because it is an exchange account.
1&1 says that maybe hubspot does not work with the German office365 cloud? 1&1 says that you can get in touch with them under their service number 0721 96 00
