Why do we have to manually select HS Sales to get the email into HS? When signed into HS Sales in Desktop Outlook it adds HS BCC to every email. Not so in Web version. Please add this.

Could you please inform me if you are only using one of the extensions?
My recommendation is to disconnect both extensions and connect one of them as mentioned here.

Once you reinstall one of the extensions, it should provide you an option to always log your emails, could you please test this option confirm that is working?
