OUTLOOK MULTIPLE ACCOUNT

Hi,

I am using HubSpot outlook extension.

In my outlook I have sevral email accounts and I dont want HubSpot to automaticly track the email sent from all of them.

Can you please help me?

Hey @CCoccorullo,

Since you have multiple accounts in one, you should disable the automatic logging and tracking and only do this on a one off basis when you go to send emails. In the Outlook inbox ribbon, click HubSpot Sales and select Settings. A dialog box will appear with a list of settings you can configure (number 4).

You can do this from when you send the email here:

Hi,

This is not a solution. Why cant the plugin be set to only track emails from the sending address ?
