Hi,
I see there were already some posts about this topic, but couldn't find a solution using MS Outlook for Mac (vs16.24).
Is there a way of avoiding getting notification when I open the email?
Or when my colleague opens an email with same domain name?
Thank you,
Carla

Hi @carladm,
The best way to block self open notifications for Office 365 on Macs is to block the IP addresses for your computer and mobile device.
Thank you,
Jenny

Hi Jenny,
Thank you for your answer.
Unfortunately it doesn't seem to work, IP address is static, so I'm not sure why it isn't working.
Kind regards,
Carla

Hi @carladm,
Do you mind sending along screenshots of the settings within your portal where you've blocked the IPs, as well as example notifications that you have received.
Thank you,
Jenny

Hi Jenny,
It seems to work now, wasn't working from one place, other places (IP adresses) are fine.
Thank you,
Carla
