Not all Emails Linking to Contact in CRM
I have just sent an email using the Office 365 Sales Tool. I ticked the box 'track email opens' and 'log this email to Hubspot' sent the email but the email isn't appearing in the customers email history or Activity. I set up a test customer and tried it again and that time it did appear in the test customers history. Anyone know why the emails might be being logged in some instances?
