Have you reached out to your internal IT team or the person who manages your Outlook instance? Issues I've encountered with email connection are typically caused by the email client itself — there could be specific permissions or restrictions that are set within your organization that are preventing HubSpot from connecting.
If everything looks good on your end, I recommend reaching out to HubSpot Support to see if they are able to troubleshoot with you. Be sure to have the following prepared:
When you started experiencing the issue
The device type, browser, extension version, and email client that you are using (looks like you already have this ready to go!)
Screenshots of the issue (looks like you are set here as well!)
I can confirm that when you manually log into the Outlook extension (not google or others) using just the email and password for hubspot it works. Give it a try, I was sceptical but has resolved the issue.
