My sales team wants to have emails logged automatically in hubspot.
I have been testing out how to do it. We use Outlook 365. I have added the sales extension for Outlook 365 and have my email connected to my HubSpot account. I have settings set to log all emails by default in our Hubspot account. However, whenever I send an email, it doesn't log or show up with the associated contact's activities. Is something technically wrong happening or can emails not be automatically logged this way?
