I've had to switch over to the (new) outlook app, and emails are not tracking.
I've made sure I downloaded the correct plugin that is running in my outlook I can see that but it just doesn't populate with the BCC tracking address and I can't figure out how to get it to work.
Unfortunately you cannot, Microsoft did an update and HubSpot dropped the ball in being prepared. I have posted this to see if anyone has found a workaround.
