My outlook email views show as contact activity

Hi,

whenever I view an email in outlook, hubspot records it as the contact viewing the email and shows it as activity. I love the fact that I can see when contacts have opened/viewed an email but this is confusing everything. Help please!?

Hi @leonardkay 

 

When you open a tracked email that you sent from your Outlook inbox, you may trigger an instant open notification from HubSpot Sales.

You are able to Block self-open email notifications with the HubSpot Sales Outlook desktop add-in
